Job summary

SodexoMagic in Pleasanton is seeking a Coordinator to support event services, catering, reservations and other client needs. You’ll be the primary contact for venues, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth on-site execution.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, strong written and verbal communication, and reliability. You’ll work weekdays with morning and afternoon/evening shifts, and previous experience (0–2 years) is welcomed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily coordination of projects, including project plans, budgets and staffing.
• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.

What You’ll Do:

As a Coordinator at SodexoMagic, you are process-focused and detail-orientated. Your dedication to details and helping others will bring ameaningful impact on everyone. Utilizing your excellent oral and written skills, you will effectively serve as a point of contact for events such as caterings, reservations, bookings and other services.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas and preparing progress reports.
• Coordinate logistics, setup/knockdown and on-site problem resolution.
• May assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets and staffing requirements
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
