Job summary

Sodexo's team at the Children's Hospital at Erlanger in Chattanooga is seeking a Coordinator who is process-focused and detail-oriented. You will serve as the point of contact for events such as catering, reservations, bookings and other services, using your strong verbal and written communication to support our clients and colleagues.

The role requires 0–2 years of related experience, offers full-time hours, varied shifts, and a pay rate of $18 to $24 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Arrange meetings, develop agendas and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate logistics, setup/knockdown and on-site problem resolution.
• Assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets and staffing requirements.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
