Job summary

Vanity Fair is seeking a Coordinating Producer to join its fast-paced video team in Los Angeles. This role partners with senior producers to produce, edit, and sometimes direct high-impact digital video for YouTube and social platforms.

You will edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, coordinate production logistics, and ensure timely delivery from pre-production to final cut. Strong editorial sense, pacing, and storytelling skills are essential; evenings or weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in editing and/or production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Vanity Fair's YouTube and social video productions from pre-production through final delivery.
• Edit short-form videos for Vanity Fair's Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts channels.
• Support production logistics, including call sheets, equipment, locations, and additional on-set needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, external production companies, crews, talent, and talent representatives.
• Conduct research as needed for talent, projects, locations, interview subjects, and other editorial or production needs.
