VERSANT Media is seeking a Special Projects Coordinating Producer to lead the development and production of diverse programming, including adapting podcasts and live events into TV specials and series. The Special Projects Coordinating Producer leads the development and production of a diverse slate of programming, including adapting podcasts, live events, and other existing content into television specials and series, while also overseeing original programming and documentaries as needed. Working closely with the Executive Producer, this role shepherds projects from concept through final delivery, collaborating with internal teams and external media partners to shape each project's creative vision, format, and execution.
The Coordinating Producer serves as a key creative and operational leader, managing relationships across departments and with outside partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest editorial and production standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building collaborative partnerships, and successfully manages multiple projects from concept to screen.
7+ years of experience producing television, streaming, digital, or long-form content, with experience managing projects from development through final delivery.
Proven leadership experience managing producers, cross-functional teams, and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience collaborating with external media companies, talent, and other creative partners to develop and execute high-quality programming.
Strong editorial judgment, storytelling instincts, and knowledge of all phases of production, from development through post-production and delivery.
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across internal and external teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $150,000
