Qualifications

• 3+ years Calypso programming experience with Zeiss CMMs.
• Strong blueprint reading, tolerancing and GD&T knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Exposure to PC-DMIS, Hexagon/Brown & Sharpe, PolyWorks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate Zeiss CMMs using Calypso to run layouts and first article inspections.
• Interpret blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T to build accurate inspection plans.
• Analyze measurement results, document findings, and communicate issues for timely resolution.
• Assist with capability and measurement studies (GR&R/CPK) and maintain inspection records.

As a Layout Technician/CMM Programmer, you support quality and manufacturing teams by programming and running CMM inspections that confirm molded components meet print requirements and customer expectations.
