Role Description The Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Programmer is a full-time, onsite role based in Muskegon, MI. This role is responsible for programming and operating CMM equipment to perform precise dimensional inspections of components and assemblies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and optimizing CMM programs, setting up measurement routines, performing inspections, and documenting results in accordance with quality standards. The individual will work closely with engineering and production teams to interpret drawings and specifications, troubleshoot measurement issues, and support root cause analysis for nonconformances. Additional responsibilities include maintaining calibration schedules for measurement equipment, contributing to continuous improvement of inspection processes, and ensuring compliance with company and industry quality requirements.
