Extension, Inc. in Franklin, WI, is seeking an experienced CMM inspector/programmer to join our quality team. You will develop, program, and troubleshoot Zeiss CMM programs using CALYPSO and perform detailed dimensional inspections of precision-machined components.

You will interpret complex drawings and GD&T, identify dimensional issues, support first article inspections, and collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve processes and product quality.

Formación

• 3+ years of dimensional inspection and CMM programming experience.
• Hands-on Zeiss CMM programming and operation using CALYPSO (MUST HAVE).
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Solid metrology background and experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, independently program CMM inspections, and work closely with CNC Machining, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
