Job summary

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine seeks a Senior Manager to lead contractor compliance, subaward oversight, and training across CRP programs. You will manage relationships with OGC, Procurement Services, and external partners, while driving program improvements and risk mitigation.

The role includes supervision of staff, development of guidance materials, and delivery of scalable training in multiple formats to enhance efficiency and compliance across CRP activities

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR and OMB Circulars.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor compliance, subaward management, and relationships with OGC and procurement.
• Develop and deliver training programs for research proposal submitters and external participants.
• Identify compliance risks and implement process improvements.
• Supervise staff, performance management, and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify proposal requirements and contracting expectations.
