Job summary

• Experience with federal assistance programs and grant/cooperative agreement management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including state and federal offices.
• Strong analytical and evaluative skills for program performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages complex cooperative agreements and related documents (GT&Cs, MOUs, grant matters).
• Pre-negotiation to closeout of cooperative agreements, reimbursements, and related procedures.
• Plans and reviews long-range cooperative agreement programs and cost-sharing arrangements.
• Provides evaluation, planning, and briefing support to NGB PARC and state managers.
