Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Cooler Guard to ensure 100% inspection and accurate recording of goods in the cooler area at the Acorn Facility. You will support cooler organization, rotate stock by date, and verify counts against the PI system, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficient product movement.

This on-site, full-time role requires working 1st shift, weekends, and overtime as needed. Prior warehouse or food processing experience is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Experience working in cold, damp environments.
• Ability to count and compare inventory with system records.
• Effective verbal communication with supervisors and teammates.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping or food production environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all products entering and leaving coolers and record activity with verification.
• Operate a power jack to move items and maintain cooler organization.
• Inventory count every hour and reconcile with PI system.
• Place SKUs with oldest dates at front to ensure proper rotation.
• Communicate inventory status and cooler activity with team leads.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
