Job summary

HOKALI is seeking enthusiastic After School Enrichment Educators to supervise TK–8th grade students during after-school sessions. You’ll ensure safety, lead engaging activities, and foster positive social interactions in a dynamic environment.

We provide structured lesson plans with flexibility to bring your own ideas, access to the HOKALI Academy, and opportunities for growth within the company. Hours run Oct 21 to Dec 16 with competitive compensation and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Candidate should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience supervising or mentoring students is a plus.
• Ability to maintain student safety and positive behavior in activity settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from TK through 8th grade during after-school programs.
• Ensure student safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities.

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as After School Enrichment Educators.

This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It’s ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences.

We're Actively Seeking Instructors with teaching experience.

Schedule: October 21 - December 16

Wednesdays:

• 1:30-2:15 PM - TK/K/1st Grade
• 2:25-3:25 PM - 2nd/3rd/4th Grade
• 3:35-4:35 PM - 5th-8th Grade

Compensation: $50 p/hr.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities
• Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork
• Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe
  

• 18+ years of age
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training
