Job summary

Insomniacookies is hiring a Delivery Driver for our UofL store at 339 W. Cardinal Blvd, Louisville, KY 40208. You will deliver cookies and desserts to customers, ensure order accuracy, and provide friendly service in person and by phone.

Flexible part‑time schedules, pay up to $16.00/hr, and perks like paid vacation, sick time, and free cookies with every shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 2‑mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, car registration, and insurance.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, both in‑person and by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to accept and update orders, keeping customers informed of status.
