Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Delivery Driver at our Central West End store in St. Louis to hand-deliver cookies, milk and ice cream with top customer service. You’ll be in a fast-paced, friendly environment, ensuring orders are accurate before leaving the store and keeping customers updated on delivery status.

You’ll need your own car, valid license, current registration and insurance, be 18+, and able to pass a background check. Flexible part-time schedules and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Meet all standards for food safety set by Insomnia Cookies and local health regulations, including HEP-A vaccination on first day or within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our fans in a timely and safe fashion
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
