You’ll split time between bakery tasks and road deliveries, ensuring orders are accurate, delivered on time, and kept safely. Prioritizing guest experience and teamwork, you’ll thrive in a busy, cookie-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Own insured vehicle meeting company requirements.
• Smartphone with data plan for delivery app usage.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with bakery team to move orders quickly and accurately.
