Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Delivery Driver in Grand Prairie, TX to bring cookie magic to customers and represent the brand as the main face outside the bakery. You will deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly while providing friendly, professional service.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and access to a smartphone with data.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent time management and organization.
• Knowledge of the 2‑mile radius around the store is a plus.
• Own a car, valid license, registration, and insurance.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Have a smartphone with data plan and be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely, safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service in-person or by phone.
• Use the delivery app to meet company standards and provide status updates to customers.

As a Delivery Driver, you are our "Boots on the ground!" and the main face our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery. You give the word "Delivery" a whole new meaning by delivering Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in‑person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia's delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
