Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Delivery Driver for our CWRU store at 11308 Euclid Ave, Cleveland OH 44106. You will be the Boots on the ground, delivering our cookie magic to fans with a focus on speed, accuracy, and friendly service.

Pay starts at $17.00/hr with perks including paid vacation and sick time, daily pay options, flexible part-time schedules, and sweet benefits like free cookies with every shift. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable car, and be 18+.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced delivery role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Safe driving record and knowledge of local streets.
• Awareness of a two-mile radius around the store is a plus.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan and reliable vehicle.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States and be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream promptly and safely to customers.
• Provide friendly, professional service in-person or by phone.
• Use the delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and at the present time, we are actively interviewing Delivery Drivers for our CWRU store located at 11308 Euclid Ave, Cleveland OH 44106! As a Delivery Driver, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY DRIVER?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must have 18 years or older to be employed
