Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring Delivery Drivers for our Federal Hill store in Baltimore. You will pick up orders, deliver cookies, milk and ice cream, and provide friendly, professional service to customers in person or by phone.

Responsibilities include checking orders for accuracy, using the delivery app, and updating customers on status while keeping a timely, safe delivery. Part-time work with growth opportunities and community vibes.

Qualifications

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Must have own car, license, valid registration and insurance.
• Must pass motor-vehicle background check.
• Smartphone with data plan.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States (US).
• 18+ years old.

What I Will Do as a Delivery Driver

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base in a timely and safe manner
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, in person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

Desired Skills/Experience

• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2‑mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration and insurance
• Must be able to pass a motor‑vehicle background check
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
