Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking Delivery Drivers for their new Addison, TX location. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for ensuring timely and safe deliveries of our delicious cookies, milk, and ice cream.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before delivery.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream timely and safely.
• Provide quality customer service during deliveries.

Job description

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and at the present time, we are actively interviewing Delivery Drivers for our brand new Addison, TX bakery located at 5000 Belt Line Rd, Suite 430, Dallas, TX 75254. As a Delivery Driver, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY DRIVER?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
