Insomnia Cookies in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Cookie Crew Bike Delivery Driver to bring warm cookies and treats to guests by bicycle. You’ll be the face of our brand, delivering with care and reliability in a fast-paced city environment.

When not delivering, you’ll help in the bakery, assist guests, and keep the shop running smoothly. This role rewards energy, teamwork, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to safely operate a bicycle in an urban environment
• Own a Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders safely, accurately, and efficiently by bicycle
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and on time
• Navigate city streets safely while following all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
• Communicate with guests professionally during every delivery
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery orders before heading out
• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service inside the bakery between deliveries
• Help bake, decorate, package, and stock products as needed
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, and food-safe
• Support your teammates during busy shifts to keep orders moving quickly and accurately
• Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back
