Join Our Cookie Crew at Insomnia Cookies!

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Purdue store located at 602 W Stadium Avenue West Lafayette, IN 47906, you will be the ultimate Insomniac. You will serve as the front-line point of contact for customers and also be responsible for baking our delicious cookies!

WHAT ELSE WILL I DO AS A MEMBER OF THE COOKIE CREW?

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Assist customers with menu understanding and order accuracy
• Create a warm, friendly experience for each customer in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
• Ensure timely and correct delivery of orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor
