Located at 407 York Road, Towson, MD 21204, as a member of our Cookie Crew, you'll be the ultimate Insomniac. You will serve as the front-line ambassador for customer interactions and also get to bake our warm and delicious cookies!

WHAT ELSE WILL I DO AS A MEMBER OF THE COOKIE CREW?

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile, both in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the bakery

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious and motivated
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
