Join Our Cookie Crew at Insomnia Cookies - Lexington!

Located at 433 Jersey St Lexington, KY 40508, as a member of our Cookie Crew, you'll be the ultimate Insomniac. You'll serve as the point of contact at the front of the store for customer interactions and also get to bake our delicious cookies!

What Else Will I Do as a Member of the Cookie Crew?

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection & serve with a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious and motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
