As a member of our Cookie Crew at the Kent store located at 295 S Water Street Kent OH 44240, you will be the ultimate Insomniac. You will serve as the front-line representative for customer interactions and also get to bake our delicious cookies!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Assist customers with menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy
• Create a warm, welcoming experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with a scoop of ice cream
• Package and send out fast, warm, and correct delivery orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
