Located at 609 W. Dickson Street, Suite 202 Fayetteville, AR 72701, as a member of our Cookie Crew, you'll be the ultimate Insomniac. You will serve as the front-line representative for customer interactions and also get to bake our delicious cookies!

Responsibilities:

• Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
