Located at 1809 6th Street, Brookings, SD 57006, our team is looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Brookings store. As a member of the Cookie Crew, you'll be the face of our store, engaging with customers and baking our delicious cookies!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER?

• Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Create a warm, friendly experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning, sanitizing, and caring for the bakery

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience in customer service (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious and motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
