Job summary

Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking a Cook to set up the cooking line, prepare food for service in designated stations, and fill customer orders.

You will follow recipes, maintain a clean, sanitary work area, and assist in fast-paced duties. English communication with guests and teammates is required; prior high-volume kitchen experience is preferred. Regular shifts and a team-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of culinary experience in a high-volume food and beverage operation or one year of culinary training plus one year of culinary experience may be substituted.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and co-workers in English.
• Ability to read recipes and follow written directions.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds in a fast-paced kitchen.
