Job summary

Morrison Living in Fairhope, AL is seeking a full-time Cook to join our culinary team serving residents with hospitality and care.

As a Cook you will prepare meals following recipes, ensure food quality and safety, and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to excellence in senior living. Training is provided and uniforms are supplied, with a stable schedule Monday–Friday plus rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Reports maintenance needs or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
