Job summary

Eurest in Anoka, MN is hiring immediate full-time and part-time cooks. Location: nVent, 900 Ehlen Drive, Anoka, MN 55303. Schedule includes varied shifts 11:00 am - 7:30 pm or 6:00 am - 1:30 pm. Requires at least 2 years of kitchen experience and willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Tastes all prepared food items and ensures proper presentation and serving temperatures.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and proper storage of excess food.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and assists in production planning and record keeping.
