Pyramid Global Hospitality's Wigwam in Litchfield Park, AZ, is seeking a driven culinary professional with 2-3 years in a professional kitchen. You will contribute to menu execution, temper guest experiences with high standards, and work closely with a skilled leadership team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include knife work, recipe recreation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, work varied shifts, and have food safety certification.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to get it.
• Willingness to work day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and stand for long periods.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Work with knives and kitchen equipment to prepare ingredients.
• Read and recreate recipes with accuracy.
• Maintain consistency in all food preparation.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization of ingredients.
• Collaborate with a world-class culinary team.
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients (chop, peel vegetables, cut meat).
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
• Ensure proper storage of all food items.
• Be responsible for the quality of ingredients.
