Job Description: Cook Supervisor at Eurest

We are hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time Cook Supervisor position at Eurest.

Location: Bank of America - 200 North College Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior supervisor and culinary experience required.

Pay Range: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Directly supervises food-service associates according to policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance; reward and discipline staff; handle complaints and resolve issues.
  • Advise management on purchasing needs, focusing on minimizing waste and avoiding shortages.
  • Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
  • Operate and clean equipment following procedures after each use.
  • Store, label, and date food items; maintain proper food rotation to minimize spoilage and waste.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Operate food-service equipment safely and according to policies.
  • Assist in serving meals; remain present during meal times to receive customer feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
