Job summary

Summit, a division within Elior North America, is seeking an experienced cook for our Santa Fe, NM correctional facility kitchen. Join a fast-paced, high-volume team focused on quality meals and strict safety standards.

Responsibilities include quality and portion control, food prep, creative presentation, proper storage, and adherence to recipes. This onsite role requires a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.

We are looking to add an experienced cook to work with a highly motivated and energetic kitchen staff in our Santa Fe, NM location for our correctional facility kitchen division. What we’re looking for

Must-haves:
