Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for its correctional facility kitchen team in Brunswick, GA. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to high standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on training employees, maintaining food quality, and ensuring timely meal service. Compensation features a $20.00 hourly rate, weekly pay, and full-time onsite benefits through Elior North America.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handlers certification preferred.

The Role at a glance:

Must-haves:

• The ideal candidate must have high-level product knowledge, provide friendly and helpful customer service and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate must have experience supervising a team.

Nice-to-haves:

• Food Handlers certification preferred.

Compensation Range
