Brandywine Living at Mahwah by Monarch Communities is hiring for a full-time food service associate. Location is Mahwah, NJ. The role requires preparing and serving meals, maintaining sanitary areas, inventory, regulatory compliance, and accurate records.

Compensation is hourly based on experience, with potential for growth. Responsibilities include accommodating dietary needs, HACCP compliance, and maintaining temperature logs.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification required or able to obtain.
• One year related experience including food preparation and special diets.
• High school diploma or GED accepted.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality meals.
• Meet special dietary needs and texture-modified foods as directed.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and proper labeling.
• Monitor food preparation, storage and handling per regulations.
• Maintain temperature logs for hot and cold foods and storage areas.
• Attend in-service trainings as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and community policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
