Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Anderson, SC, is seeking a Cook to join our community. You will prepare hot and cold menu items across grill, sauté, salad-bar, and service line, ensuring proper portioning and adherence to recipes.

We value teamwork and high standards of food quality, with a focus on safety and presentation. Weekend availability is required, and previous senior living experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items which requires working on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and on the service line;
• Ensure the proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and the standardized recipes;
• Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability.
