Cooks are directly responsible for creating great guest experiences by consistently serving quality food in a timely manner. Duties And Responsibilities

The individual in this position is expected to:

• Complete all training requirements including Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan, hands-on stations training, and any additional training required by Zax LLC.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests and maintain awareness of current promotions.
• Assist with guest service and front of house operations.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards, ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Operate food prep and cooking equipment safely.
• Maintain product levels, prepare and cook food, assemble orders, and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Manage inventory, receive deliveries, and store food following safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned with a sense of urgency and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.

Capability Requirements

• Sit, stand, walk, occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
