Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a compassionate cook to provide high-quality meals to residents, guests and staff in a community setting. You will prepare food using daily planners and standard recipes, and participate in mealtimes on the dining line.

Qualifications

• Experience in production cooking and/or preparing therapeutic diets preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.
