Job summary

Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel in Milwaukee seeks a part-time Banquet Cook to ensure quality and consistency across kitchen stations. You will follow recipes, monitor portions, and maintain a clean, compliant work area while upholding high presentation standards.

The role requires evening availability, prior cooking experience (1–2 years preferred), and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. This position offers competitive hourly pay and perks within Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

What you will be doing:

What we are looking for:

• Evening availability
• Previous cooking experience required, 1-2 years in a similar position preferred, Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Sufficient manual dexterity of hand in order to use all kitchen equipment, i.e., knives, spoons, spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in a confined space with high levels of noise and frequent interruptions, and perform duties within extreme temperature ranges.
• Ability to obtain any local, state or federal license or certification for sanitation, liquor service, or food service certification.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
