Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all prepared food.
• Uses established ticket procedures during service; responsible for records.
• Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follows safety standards, including HACCP, and company policies on safety and proper use of equipment.
