Job summary

Topgolf is hiring for a kitchen role in Fishers, Indiana. You will prepare and cook items per recipes, follow sanitation standards, and help maintain portion control and presentation. You’ll work with the kitchen team to coordinate prep and orders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates bring experience in high-volume kitchens and strong communication and time management. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
