Job summary

Oakmont of Santa Clarita, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a part-time line cook to join a premier senior living kitchen. Earn $18.50–$19.50 per hour with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.

Emphasis on high-quality, scratch cooking and resident-focused service. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years on a fast-paced line, enjoy in-person interactions, and demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2–5 years on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Clear, friendly communication with staff.
• Passionate about service and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests required.

What we request:

• Line cook experience in a “Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant”
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
