Job summary

Raising Cane’s in Fairfield, NJ is hiring entry-level and experienced Cooks to join a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll help prepare high-quality chicken finger meals, learn foundational cooking skills, and earn paid training while you grow your restaurant career.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with opportunities to advance to roles like Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer as you gain experience. Benefits for hourly crew and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or experienced cooks welcome; paid training provided.
• Ability to work opening, closing, and mid shifts.
• No prior restaurant experience required, but a positive attitude helps.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Follow safety and cleanliness procedures and maintain dish station.
• Assist team to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
