Job summary

RM Management is hiring a Cook to prepare and serve daily meals for residents and guests, ensuring food safety, quality, and presentation standards. You will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience and supporting the health and well-being of the senior community we serve.

As part of our culinary team, you will collaborate with the Food Service Director, assist Dietary Aides, and respond to resident and guest feedback to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service, cooking, or meal preparation.
• A caring attitude and sensitivity to the needs of older adults.
• ServSafe certification (preferred, not required).
