Job summary

Trustwell Living at Kingswood Place is seeking a friendly Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare meals for residents, read recipes, and work with a team to ensure timely, safe, and appetizing plates.

Ideal candidates will have experience with meal prep for large groups, be able to communicate clearly in English, and enjoy serving seniors. We offer full benefits, generous PTO, and a 401(K) match to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or knowledge of meal preparation for large groups. Ability to read and understand recipes, work in a team environment, work flexible shifts, handle multiple tasks at one time, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner for residents.
• Must enjoy working with the elderly and all who associate with them. Must be able to interact with residents who are highly susceptible to common illnesses without exposing them to additional health risks.
