Job summary

Job Description

• Food Preparation:Cleaning, cutting, measuring, and mixing ingredients; prepping food for service.
• Cooking:Operating equipment like grills, fryers, and ovens to prepare food items according to recipes.
• Plating & Quality Control:Ensuring food is properly presented, garnished, and served at the correct temperature.
• Sanitation & Safety:Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, complying with health regulations.
• Inventory & Storage:Storing food at appropriate temperatures, labeling items, and checking stock levels
• Full time and open availability, holidays included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health and safety sanitation regulations (e.g., ServeSafe certification).
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Organization and the ability to keep up with high-volume, high-pressure demands is a must.
• Preferred experience in senior living communities, hotels, catering background
• English and Spanish a plus.
