Healthy Living Market and Café is hiring a Cook to join our team in Williston, VT. The role supports our house-made food program across deli, salad bar, grab-and-go, and HMR, while ensuring clean, organized stations and top-quality prep.

Ideal candidates bring culinary training or substantial production cooking experience and knife skills, with at least two years in a kitchen. Hours include part-time and full-time with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience with local, organic products is preferred.
• Culinary degree or equivalent cooking production experience required.
• Excellent knife skills and solid kitchen station versatility.
• Minimum 2 years professional kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, quantity, and service of our house-made food program.
• Keep work areas and equipment organized, clean and sanitized.
• Prepare items for deli, salad bar, grab-and-go, and Home Meal Replacement (HMR).
