Job summary

As a key part of our kitchen team, you will prepare dishes to meet high standards while ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. Responsibilities include guiding kitchen staff and performing all Back of House duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare hot and cold foods and use kitchen equipment.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Training experience preferred with knowledge of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards.
• Guide Kitchen Team and assist with their training.
• Perform all Back of House responsibilities.
