Job summary

Conrad Orlando, a Hilton property, seeks a Banquet Cook I to lead culinary production for banquet events and deliver warm, personalized hospitality that elevates guest experiences.

You will oversee preparation, ensure quality and cost controls, and collaborate with Catering and Events teams to execute customized menus that surpass client expectations.

• Drive culinary excellence: select high-quality ingredients, uphold presentation standards, ensure consistency in execution of dishes
• Enhance banquet offerings: assist in menu development with seasonal and creative elements
• Collaborate for success: review BEOs and work with Catering and Events teams to fulfill client expectations
• Manage financial performance: monitor costs and budgets to optimize profitability
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach, and foster a positive work environment
• Uphold regulatory standards: ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations are followed

• Manage financial performance: Control costs, monitor budgets, and optimize profitability through efficient production planning
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
