Job summary

Vi at Silverstone in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Cook for the 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM shift. You will assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary kitchen environment. You’ll help with receiving and stocking deliveries and may assist a kitchen attendant as needed.

Qualifications include basic knife skills, ability to handle kitchen equipment, and a valid driver’s license where applicable. A Food Handler certificate may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic knife skills required.
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience operating a POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cook

Hours: 12pm-830pm

Assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary work area. You will also assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices. May assist kitchen attendant as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience within a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company preferred.
• Basic knife skills
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment
• Use a Point of Sale (POS) system
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handler certificate, as required.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

Pay Range

USD $19.89 - USD $23.86 /Hr.
