Montage International is seeking a Cook II to join our luxury hotel culinary team. Bring your passion for cooking and guest-focused service to an environment that values creativity, growth, and enduring guest experiences.

You will collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production goals, mentor junior cooks, and prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting. The role offers opportunities for development and participation in a vibrant hospitality culture.

Competenze

• One year minimum cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Your Journey

• Collaborate with associates to meet production goals and ensure smooth kitchen operations

• Ability to fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with skillful attention to detail

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment all while maintaining professionalism

• Regularly restocks kitchen supplies and food items along with maintaining the cleanliness of your area

• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments

• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs

Must Haves

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with excellent communication skills

• One year minimum of cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel

Physical Requirements

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift

• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis

• Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems; however, must be able to work in extreme temperatures like freezers (-10°F) and kitchens (+110°F).
