A Cook is responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and standards, contributing to outstanding service and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a line cook, a team-focused attitude, and flexible availability. Hotel and banquet experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare food according to recipes and quality standards.
2. Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards.
3. Manage guest orders efficiently and courteously.
4. Maintain knowledge of menu and food products.
5. Stock and manage designated food stations.
6. Inspect all food sent from the kitchen visually.
7. Follow proper food handling and storage procedures per regulations.
8. Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
